hello I am looking to rent a one bedroom flat or a double studio on housing benefit.i am a single male,age 47,very reliable,clean and tidy and very quiet person.i have good references,rent in advance,a deposit and a guarantor.i am looking to move into a property on the 17th of September onwards.looking for a long term let wereby I will allow the council to pay the housing benefit to you directly so that way you know you are getting your rent.please e mail me with a description with what you have and the rental amount per month.
