my name is Philip and I am searching for a room in a house or a flat. Ideal would be in a house of a older couple or in a professional flat share. I am looking for a little and quiet room.
I am a 55 years old man originally from Australia and I am a retired University lecturer .
Non smoker and very tidy and clean. I am a responsible tenant and I like a respectful environment.
The rent should preferable be between 380 - 520 £ a month.
