Lovely bright double room, with shared shower room and shared kitchen, on top floor of family house in Montpelier. We have 2yr old twins who are pretty good but you'll hear them occasionally and a cat! The top floor is given over to the rented rooms, so - though you walk through our house - it's like a self-contained flat with its own kitchen and big windows looking out across Bristol.

- kitchen (shared with other lodger)

One room is available from Sept 2nd - the other should be free from Sept 15th or thereabouts....
We are looking for quiet mature professional lodgers and as we have young twins, we hope you understand if we ask you not to invite guests or visitors to the house regularly - obviously it's fine to have the occasional family member or friend stay over.
