Miele Induction Ceramic Hob (4 cooking zones). Model Type KM 5952.
Circa ?2,500 when new.
It comes with the original operating instructions manual (see photo).
This is our family kitchen Miele induction hob. It was working fine and has been for years, until it stopped yesterday. The error message that has come up on the hob is called "FE 31". This is shown in one of the photos to this listing. We are told this is a "mains fault" and could be fixed. We have decided to buy a new one and so are selling this.
Anyone buying will either need to fix the fault first to either use this or sell it on for a profit, or use it for parts to sell on.
This is one of the larger Miele induction hobs at 86cm wide, and 52cm height. If you are installing into your kitchen side you need a recess hole of at least 75cms wide, and 49cms in height.
We recall the original RRP of this unit was circa ?2,500, and as we are told by Miele customer service that this should be fixable - there could be some profit in fixing this and selling this on if you know what you are doing (which we don\'t).
There is some cosmetic damage to the unit (hence the price) which again is shown in the photos to this listing. There is a large chip in the bottom left and a small scuff / chip in the bottom right of the hob.
