I've only used it once or twice because I bought it off a friend and then never ended up really using it as I'm never home.
It is well used but it is in good working condition.
I haven't got the instructions for if but its pretty self explanatory. The left side is where the coffee goes in the filter section, fill the pot with water, switch on and wait for it to become coffee, there's a milk frother in the middle section and espresso to the right side which I haven't used so I don't know much about that section.
