Looking for Full time students of Edinburgh University
Recently bought flat with two double bedrooms and one single bedroom.
Two doulbe were taken by full time student. Only one single room is available to let from 1st September for 12 months contract for full time student.
It is in inch area EH16 5RX, and very close to Kings buildings and Royal informary.
It is full furbushed with all necessary cooking facilites such as fridge freezers, cooker and washing machine etc.
The rent would be 300 pounds per month plus 8 pounds for internet broadband. Bills for gas and electricity is extra
Deposit and good reference are needed. The cleaning rota is required to follow as this is in a shared flat.
If interested, please tell me little bit of yourself such as which university you will go, where are you from, can you provide references about the paying rent and dealing with flatmates etc
