Part Time Weekend Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a part time customer services advisor who can assist and advise our customers with all aspects of their queries.
We are a furniture company based in Uxbridge who manufacture and retail our own line of modular sofas and this role is an excellent opportunity to share in the growth of our company.
The working days will be alternate weekends. Saturday 10am – 5pm, Sunday 10am – 3pm.
The responsibilities and day to day activities of the candidate will include:
1. Furniture sales
2. Dealing with showroom customer enquiries
3. Answering telephone enquires
4. Responding to e-mails
Whilst full training will be provided we expect that the person we are looking for should ideally have the following experience and skills:
1. Excellent English language skills
2. Be comfortable and confident on the telephone
3. Understand how our furniture system works
4. Able to multi-task
The position will command a starting hourly rate in the region of £11 per hour depending on the experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
