A great opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic, motivated and successful recruitment team! We are looking for a resourcer to join our Premium Hospitality Division to support the consultants in sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the database, as well as liaising with clients and supporting the team in the full running of this very busy desk.
At Appetite 4 Recruitment we are all former hospitality people, which is why we have so much passion to offer our candidates and clients alike - we have an understanding of the industry.
With an ever expanding Premium client portfolio that includes 4 and 5 Star Hotels, Multi-Rosette awarded and Michelin Star clients we need someone who can think on their feet, learn quickly and thrives being part of a busy team! Ideally you will have a Premium hospitality background. You will have the ability to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, have a great telephone manner and be able to liaise confidently with clients and candidates alike.
You will be confident working in a pressured environment and have a strong work ethic, however we never forget to put the fun into our professional lives therefore the right person will have the ability to build friendly, fun and personable relationships at the same time!
