Professional couple looking for new home near city centre asap.

Our landlord is unfortunately selling our current flat so we have a few weeks to find our next new home.
We are a professional couple that have been together over 10 years and are both 28 years of age.
We're searching for a 2 bed property, however a large one bed with lots of storage could also work for us.
We would ideally like to be close to town if possible.
(St Philips, Easton, St pauls, Cotham, Redcliffe, Barton Hill, Kingsdown)
