This is a genuine, private, domestic sale of a quality Italian Real Leather 3 seater sofa and matching chair, both of which are in superb condition.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE DICTATED AN IMMEDIATE SALE. The suite is only 3 years old and has no marks, flaws, stains, wear or tear. It is an attractive light green leather unit and both settee and chair are extremely comfortable, as you would expect with a top quality suite.
The settee measures H87cm x W198cm x D88cm and the chair is H87cm x W104cm x D88cm.
When purchased, the suite cost in excess of £1600 so this is genuinely a fantastic bargain. I have no choice but to let this suite go within the next 7 days, so, it's yours if you want to come and get it. I have asked for £10 but whatever you give me, if anything, will go to charity.
