We also offer strong autonomy within the role and the highly desirable freedom to develop and shape the business with us gaining shares in the company through your dedicated service.
Skills needed for a Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter:
A natural flair for sales with a proven ability to exceed targets
360 recruitment
Confidence
Ambition
High determination with a motivation to succeed and have a high earning potential
That all important proven track record of sales.
You will then be responsible for successfully managing the 360 process from start to finish with both candidates and clients.
