As part of an NVQ or SVQ accredited, double award-winning scheme, our apprentices have the chance to earn as they learn. And once their initial training is up, they'll have the opportunity to really progress their career with one of the biggest names on the high street.

Join our Retail Apprenticeship scheme and we'll equip you with all the skills you'll need to ensure our customers experience the best of EE every time they enter one of our stores. You'll spend your first 12 months as a Retail Customer Advisor, learning how to face customers, sell EE's range of products, deliver outstanding service and work as part of a busy retail team - all while completing a Level 2 qualification in Retail. From here, it's really up to you where the opportunities take you. Impress us and you'll have the option to continue in your role as a Customer Advisor, to try your hand at leadership by enrolling in a Level 3 Management apprenticeship, or to develop your sales and service ability further by completing a Level 3 in Retail. Whatever you choose, put in the hard work, and we'll help you drive your career forward every step of the way.

We're taking on Apprentices in many of our 700+ stores up and down the country, so there's sure to be an opportunity near you. As long as you're energetic, ambitious and ready to learn, you can come from any background, but you must be over 16 and no longer in full-time education. None - you can come from any background, as long as you're over 16 and no longer in full-time education, with plenty of energy, talent and ambition
