PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A VOLUNTARY UNPAID ROLE
Are you friendly and approachable with good telephone and admin skills? Are you good with people? We need you to help at our resource centre in Edinburgh, guiding and showing blind and partially sighted people our range of products and assisting with general administrative tasks to support the Resource Centre Manager.
What Will You Be Doing?
Answering and making telephone calls; Using IT equipment and systems; Create a friendly welcome
Assisting the Resource Centre Manager with daily admin tasks
Assisting customers within the Resource Centre
Collating customer information
Maintaining and updating information and stock control
When will you be needed?
6 hours per week, flexible.
Location:
RNIB Scotland, 12-14 Hillside Crescent, Edinburgh, EH7 5EA.
