Room for rent, Glasgow Westend

We are looking for a 3rd flatmate from the beginning of July!

Our flat is a 3 bedroom bottom floor flat, just off Queen Margaret Drive in the Westend of Glasgow.

Included is a bedroom with a good sized shared dining/kitchen area and shared bathroom. The bedroom contains a large double wardrobe with built-in drawers, a chest of 6 drawers, a desk and chair, and a double bed with storage underneath.
There is a small garden out the front, which will be getting renovated during the summer, and a communal garden out the back of the building.

The rent is £350 (each) per month, plus bills. We currently pay £30 each per month for gas and electricity combined, and £15 each for internet.
