Podengo is an established qualitative recruitment and fieldwork agency. Established by a qualitative researcher (in 2012) to meet the needs of fellow researchers working in the fast paced world of qual research. As Senior Project Manager you will be working on ad hoc qualitative projects across all methodologies for a range of research agencies, advertising agencies as well as multinational internal and external clients. The role focuses on managing fieldwork projects from quoting stage through to the final project deliverable whilst developing and enhancing client relationships. You will be dedicated to providing an excellent level of client service whilst managing their expectations and anticipating their future needs.
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role when it comes to helping to ensure qualitative research projects run smoothly and efficiently. You will be a key member of this dedicated team, ensuring project milestones are being met and that projects are planned meticulously to help ensure their success.
This position will require a previous track record managing qualitative research projects, understanding all the various stages of the process. You will excel when it comes to confidently juggling multiple project demands, and you won't be afraid to propose new ways of working contributing to the innovative spirit of the team. Strong client relationship management skills are essential, as is a commercial mindset. Location: Sunninghill, Ascot (remote/home working is feasible)

Salary: £28-£35k per annum
