The flat is a 2 bedroom flat, in Ashmore road 5 min away from the underground and bus station, as well as many amenities in the high street such M&S, Sainsbury's.
Been in the centre of the city in just 15min to Oxford street.
We have taken the living room as a room, therefore we have 3 physic rooms.
The kitchen it's our communal area where we have a tv and dining table.
We have a single room, that we would like to offer it to a professional and tidy individual.
the rent of the room is £500 (plus bills to share) and £300 deposit.
About us, we are Spanish siblings on our early 30's, working in hospitality industry, therefore almost never at home.
