Hello,
The room is in a nice, friendly & quiet house.
We are one couple currently living in the house.
We are very nice, friendly , and we're looking for a nice person (a full time professional) to join us from 30/08/2016 which MUST be extremely clean, and when I say extremely clean, I mean it! :)
Needs to follow a cleaning rosta in the house and comply to the internal rules :)
The house is only 2-3 minutes walk (5-6 minutes walking backwards) from Leyton tube station which is on the Central Line.
Within 5 minutes walking distance is Leyton Mills Retail Park with Asda, Next, B&Q, Currys etc. There is also a fitness first gym and several fast food shops.
All the bills are included!
550- for single person
Deposit-negotiable
Please be advised, we do not have a living room in the house!
The price for room is not negotiable, just because the rent for house is quite big, we are only one couple living here (with you, will be 3) also we have a top up meter for gas and electricity which is more expensive than the normal meter etc.
