SUPERVISOR
* Previous supervisory experience
* Provide inspiring leadership
* Put your customer first and drive profitable store operations
* Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff
* Maintain inventory
* Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company’s standards
* Utilise company data to record sales figures, for analysis and forward planning
* Ensure that health and safety and high cleanliness standards are met
* Drive motivate, and encourage partners to achieve sales targets
* Handle customer complaints, issues and questions
* Flexible availability
