Park Holidays UK owns and operates 26 NCC approved parks in Devon, Dorset, Hampshire, West Sussex, East Sussex, Kent, Essex and Suffolk, we are the largest operator of parks in the south of England selling both new and used static caravans and lodges.
We have a range of distinctive & individual holiday parks in some of the most popular resorts along the coast. Each has its own style and character – but always with the same high standards of accommodation and service. Choose from either 'active and fun parks,' or 'relax and explore' to find a park that is perfect for you. Our parks offer facilities such as, swimming pools, high quality entertainment and clubhouses.
There is the option of one, two, three, or four bedroom holiday homes, so you can choose the size that will suit you the best. There is the choice of purchasing a brand new caravan or lodge, or the cheaper option of buying a used holiday home. All pre-owned holiday homes are and checked and approved.
Our help to buy scheme gives you guaranteed lettings for up to 3 years from purchase depending on the grade of static caravan or lodge you choose. You then let us know when we can let out your holiday home when you are not using it, we confirm your total annual rental, and you receive the money straight away as a deposit contribution towards your purchase! Home Exchange is another option to help fund your holiday home, Park Holidays UK works with Quick Move Properties, the UK's largest part-exchange company. We help you sell your property so you can buy your perfect holiday home, and a smaller permanent home too! Please note, your holiday home must not be your permanent residence.
