We have a range of distinctive & individual holiday parks in some of the most popular resorts along the coast. Each has its own style and character – but always with the same high standards of accommodation and service. There is the option of one, two, three, or four bedroom holiday homes, so you can choose the size that will suit you the best. There is the choice of purchasing a brand new caravan or lodge, or the cheaper option of buying a used holiday home. All pre-owned holiday homes are and checked and approved.
Our help to buy scheme gives you guaranteed lettings for up to 3 years from purchase depending on the grade of static caravan or lodge you choose. You then let us know when we can let out your holiday home when you are not using it, we confirm your total annual rental, and you receive the money straight away as a deposit contribution towards your purchase!
