Description
I am looking for an industrial unit with office space. I plan to work from the unit between regular business hours (M-F 9-5), and store my stock in the unit which consists of mainly clothing.
My requirements are as follows:
1) Size: around 1000 square foot.
2) Includes: work/industrial space, office space, WC.
3) Eaves height of at least 3 meters.
4) Roller or delivery door, which is large enough to fit pallets through.
5) Location: Fife, ideally within 10 miles of Dunfermline.
