Selling area worth around 700 monthly done every 4 weeks Traditional way.
Own this area since people have started moving in to the village houses.
About 95 houses , price and number is not exact but very close as I need to count everything one by one , should do it by end of the week and will re edit post.
Price for one house is 7 pounds and if it got extra window on side is 8 pounds. bottom and first floor.
There is I think 2 or 3 houses that they have windows on top 2nd floor but price is 15.
This is very compact area , houses are often beside , and you can do it all day with out taking your van and have good potential for new customers.
We are doing area in 3 days , 2 man easy.
Selling as its now too much for me , houses are done regularly for long time and its all up to date.
