Single person occupation only, no couples.
The Room is furnished with new Bed. New wooden flooring. Wall mounted 32 in Smart TV. Draws unit and hanging space. Desk & Chair available if required. All rooms have their own lockable door.
We look after our house and so does our landlord. We are looking for someone who will look after it too. You must be willing to clean after yourself and contribute to the cleaning rota, typically once every 5 weeks.
Fully equipped kitchen with cooking and laundry facilities. You get your own kitchen unit and space in the fridge and freezer.
The discounted deposit is £200 returned at the end of your stay.
Minimum stay is 6 months.
You will need photographic I.D and be able to prove an income to cover the rent.
The communal areas are shared with 4 others who you will hardly see.
